Goran Theme Question
-
Hello,
I’ve started this but I don’t know how to add ‘sections’ like you could if you were to do normal coding for a website.
When i get to the products page I want to use the
https://gorandemo.wordpress.com/page-templates/grid-page/
but not sure on setting up the parent child etc so it’s displayed like on their website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can see the theme documentation for Goran here: https://wordpress.com/theme/goran
I’ve had a look and I believe that this might work for you, let me know if it does:
1) Please go here: https://linxcom508183997.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?s=Products&post_status=publish&post_type=page
2) Click “Quick Edit”
3) Change the “Template” box to Grid Page”
4) Save/updateIf you’d like the images to appear, as seen in the Demo, please do the following:
5) Edit each of your child pages (eg. Fibre, Voice, Cabinets and Accesseries etc.)
6) Select a Featured Image for them
7) SaveYou can see how to set a Featured Image for a page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-image
Let us know if that works for you, or if you have any further questions or issues. :)

Hello,
Thank you for your help.
I’m just having one more issue. On the homepage i’ve set it up as front page as it tells you on the documentation.
I’ve got the text working over the image but now I want to add text below in a ‘seperate section’… (like on their demo homepage) but everytime I add text it just falls below the current one. I’ve tried adding <br/> and the horizontal line but everything just keeps going on top of the image :(.
Halp please.
Thanks
