Getting Writing Noticed?

I’ve started a snippet blog of my recent novel. I’m new to WordPress.com and find it slightly hard to navigate. How do I get people to follow me and read my stuff?

If you want that bloggers read your stuff at first of all share it by sharing the stortlink http://wp.me/4ypSp…………………..on facebook,twitter etc…
make a youtube channel and post some musical or other videos and say that if the viewer goto http://wp.me/4ypSp(your website) and read some exiting stories!
you can aslo follow other bloggers and they will follow you too……
you can do link exchanges etc…….
