formatting buttons missing

Add topic to favorites
I don’t know why I cannot put in Posts or Pages with formatting. Yesterday there were buttons to select font size, paragraph formats, etc. But today there are only buttons of “code,” “b-quote” etc. I have no idea. Now I cannot either write or edit with formatting. Please help me out by restoring the original buttons.

WordPress.com has two editors and it may be that the visual rich text editor has been accidentally “shut off” on your blog.

Go to => Users => Your Profile => make sure that you place a checkmark in the checkbox next to “Use the visual rich editor when writing” then click “Update Profile” to save.
