Filter blog by Tags

Is there a way to put my tags on my blog homepage, as links that can be clicked on to filter the blog by those tags?
Like my tags as links:
_UnisuLibri_ _TheySaid_ _SoISaid_ _Misc_
And each link will filter the blog posts for that tag?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Yes. Follow the instructions in the Category Pages and Menus section of the Categories support page, but use tags instead of categories.
