Exporting WordPress site

    Hi – I tried exporting my wordpress site however it comes up with an error message ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’

    I tried testing my connection however it is completely fine. I have put in a support request however i am panicked that my website will be deleted. I use this website as a normal blog and create all my own original content. Nothing violates the user guidelines as far as I read. I don’t want to lose all of my content.
