I am an Admin on the site. We have installed plug-ins in the past and seems to be a new issue.
Trying to install the Hide Posts plug in but the same error happens with other plug-ins.

  • Hi there, it looks like your site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com.

    Name Server: NS3.DNSIMPLE.COM
    Name Server: NS2.DNSIMPLE.COM
    Name Server: NS1.DNSIMPLE.COM
    Name Server: NS4.DNSIMPLE.COM

In case you need help with a site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

This support forum assists users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  • Thanks for the reply! Trying to figure this out. I am being told this is being hosted on WP?

This is what I get. The c is missing from cater2me.
I am not sure if a former employee migrated our blog or not.

    Thanks!

  • The site at blog.cater2.me has never been hosted on WordPress.com. That site is just connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but the site is built using the open source WordPress.org software, and hosted at another provider.

Please contact support for the specific plugins you’re using directly for help with this.

For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
