Error 500

Hi,
I subscribed to a business plan today to try it out. I think I broke the site while editing a plugin. Could you disable all plugins please?
Right now everything fails, including disabling plugin through the .com dashboard.
Thanks

Hello there, please report this to Staff via the Contact Us form here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
For background, Staff replied a few minutes ago to a similar error: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/error-500-522?replies=4#post-3015170

I can’t report it there, they are having their yearly meeting. Support is limited until next week. The page advise you post on the forum meanwhile.
I checked this previous post because I though it might be site-wide error (but I know it’s my mistake). I didn’t post in this other thread because it’s not really related and this other posts should be marked as resolved.
Please let me know if I need to post somewhere else or edit something.
Thanks a lot for your help justjennifer!

As long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the Business plan upgrade, you should be able to submit an email ticket at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
Please try to do so and let me know the result.

I’m logged with the correct account but this is what it says

That’s the second time today I’ve encountered this. :( Try doing a hard browser refresh on that page. You might be seeing a cached page.
Regardless, I’ve tagged this forum thread for Staff attention, but again their replies will be somewhat delayed due to their get together. Thanks for your patience.

Hello again, This thread is still tagged for Staff assistance.
Have you logged out since purchasing the upgrade? If the hard refresh didn’t work, perhaps logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of every other site you are logged in on) and then logging back in to the contact form will give it a push so you’ll be able to submit an email support ticket. I really can’t think of any other option.

Hi @julienbourdeau, sorry you’ve had trouble getting in touch! We’re checking on that.
I noticed you have several backups in place at VaultPress.com — can you log in there and find the last one that should be normal? You can restore the site there fairly easily.
-
Restoring a backup did the trick! Thanks
Although, I couldn’t find any vault tab under the wordpress.com admin, I had to go on a separate website (https://dashboard.vaultpress.com). Is it expected?
-
@julienbourdeau I think it’s a separate site. I’m glad you were able to get this resolved!
