It looks like that GSuite or Google Workspace is in use on the domain – is that correct? If yes, when the domain get’s pointed over to WordPress.com, Wix may strip any DNS settings required to run that email, and so that would need to be re-added as per these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/add-email-through-google-workspace/#set-up-google-workspace-automatically
