Downgrade from premium

    My premium plan has expired it was hosted at (thisgirlis.net) can you point it towards a free domain so I can export my data? Or provide me with a SQL dump of the db?

    Hi –

    It looks like you purchased a plan and then cancelled it. A plan was purchased for £84.00 and then refunded the same day, with the domain on thisgirlishome.com. That money should reach you in about ten days.

    thisgirlis.net is not using WordPress.com at all. It’s registered through Amazon and the current name servers are set to:

    ns-131.awsdns-16.com
    ns-2030.awsdns-61.co.uk
    ns-709.awsdns-24.net

    The free site will still contain the everything and you can export thisgirlisnet.wordpress.com with these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
