Domain transfer. Still an “ftp” address in WordPress

    A designer I no longer work with never seems to have updated the WordPress to include the domain as seen on my dashboard. The domain is athenaproject.io and I am trying to activate that domain via the Add Domain procedure. But the web address shown when I am at my dashboard is https://b21.483.myftpupload.com/wp-admin/ and not athenaproject.wordpress.io. So there is no Store icon on my dashboard so I can’t get to “Upgrades” which would then get me to activate the domain.

    Any thoughts on how to correct this so I can activate the domain?
