Domain problems and email
-
I have several problems. WordPress host my domain and I have an account that is not the primary account but an admin account I guess, but it does not have the options for Upgrades and then to go to Domain. I can find the domain a different way and when I click DNS it is greyed out and I cannot see it or add to it. In order to add DNS codes so that my website is now coming from my Canva site I had to contact the colleague who has the original wordpress login. So we got the website to work but now my Titian Email will no longer send because it says that it needs a DKIM public key? Any ideas about this?

Hi there! As you mentioned the domain was added from another account. I’ve sent an email to the address on file on that account with further details. The subject line is “About your domain knownloved.org”. Please let your colleague know about this.
From their account, they can make the changes you need or transfer the domain connection to you by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Alternatively, if you own the domain on the registrar, you can change the name servers and manage your DNS settings in the new name servers entity. If you choose this option, you’ll want to add the current A record and the Titan Email records to your DNS settings in the entity that manages your name servers to prevent site and email issues.
