Domain mapping form heart internet to wordpress.com

Hi
I have the following domain; sthughborrowash.org.uk, registered by heartinternet.co.uk. I want to chnage the name servers to the three wordpress ones. However I must have picke the most difficult control panel for the novice. It doesnt seem very straighforward. Any tips?

Not a clue on the interface – you will also need a zone record added for your domain name – I have flagged this for the staff to help you –
Once the staff have added the zone record and you get the name servers changed you will need to map your domain name to your blog using the instructions below – the lack of a zone record might be part of the problem changing the name servers –

Another update, I have been sent a link from heart internet support to a nameserver update page. Ive done this now but it says that it takes up to 72 hrs to propagate.
