Domain mapping

    Hello there – We are receiving notice from WordPress that we need to renew our domain mapping so that miltonchamber.org will continue to take people to our actual website, historicmilton.com. When we click the ‘Renew Now’ button in the email notification we’re getting though, it takes us to WordPress and says we have no site and there’s no options to renew anything. We did decide to let the actual miltonchamber.org wordpress website ‘expire’ a couple months ago as we were not using that content. However, we would like to continue to have miltonchamber.org direct visitors to historicmilton.com. Can you please advise on how we go about doing this?

    Hi Anne, the issue may be that you’re logged into another account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? Then you should be able to renew here:
