    Hello,
    I hope this email finds you well. Yesterday, I bought a doman which name was ‘smartaianalytics.ca’. I bought host as well from another site. I was wondering to load my html website and active it. Unfortunately, the domain shows me need to fix and it is not active. I just diactive the domain. now, it would be great to let me know how I can fix the issue and buy my domain again and active my website?

    Thank you for your message.

    From what I see you have canceled and refunded all the recent purchases done using your account.

    Keep in mind, after cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back. 

    It takes about 90 days from the cancellation/expiry date for the domain to be available in the market again. During the 90 days this domain will be auctioned and see if anybody is interested in the domain. If no registrar is interested in picking it up, then it will go back to market.

    Let us know if you would like to recover the domain.
