Disclaimers, Copyright etc.

    Ok, so I’ve just finished the template/ overall basics of my website, and I’ve used banners from other websites kinda like ads, with links embedded linking to the source website, and I was wondering if I need a disclaimer or a copyright notice etc. on my blog. Currently I have a short disclaimer at the bottom of the about page, a very basic one, and I’m not sure if it’s enough or if I need something else? Any advice or feedback is appreciated :)
