  I would like to add a disclaimer in the home page, and people who want to enter the blog must tick the “I Accept” box, and that will give them access to the pages.

  And, any attempt to link directly to a page will send the user to the home page only.

  Is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not at wordpress.COM. You can either individually password protect posts and pages or you would have to set the blog to private and then invite only the people you want to view it.
