  I have my wordpress server created on my on premise server and all posts are automatically posted on ‘wordpress reader’ site, how can I disable this?

  That happens because your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack. The Reader is just a way to let other WordPress.com users find your posts easily; you can read more about that here:

  Thanks! How can I disable the auto feeding to wordpress.com reader? It sounds out of my control of my posts.
