Different page opens with WWW Prefix

Hello

I have a hosting with WordPress.com

When I open my website with https://www.NycIntercom.com, it opens my old page but when I open without WWW, it opens the right page. https://nycintercom.com

any idea how can I sort this?

I am trying to purchase a business account but its says my domain (email visible only to moderators and staff) when I want it show just my domain name. what am I missing here ?
