Dating Posts with Archives Shortcode
-
I’ve searched the forums, but can’t find anything related to this.
Basically, I want each post on my archives page to be dated. I’m using straightforward Archives shortcode, and I would think that there’s some HTML or shortcode that I could use in an ‘after’ definition, but I can’t find anything. Help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every post you publish has the date of publication and the post title embedded into in the URL https://studentwithless.com/2017/06/08/the-minimalist-esthetic/

Install the archive widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/archives-widget/
or use the Archives https://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/
If you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site any and all widgets can be added or removed here
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
*Just replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL and click.
Also, note that widgets have visibility settings that determine which pages they will be displayed on. See: Widget Visibility https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

Thank you, I’m using the Archives shortcode right now. But by default it only shows the names of the posts, not the date the posts were published. A widget isn’t what I want, because it’s displayed in the sidebar or footer, not as a page on its own.
Thanks.
