Dashboard not loading

    I can navigate to other pages on my dashboard, but nothing loads. There’s just the flashing highlight. Happens in Chrome and Firefox. Tried on two computers. Clearing cache and cookies didn’t help. What’s going on?

    Well, I managed to figure out what was going on without help. My university proxy was causing the problem. Turning it off let everything load again. Hopefully this helps the next person who frantically tries to Google the problem.
