dashboard is showing me white screen

    dashboard is showing me white screen when I go to administer the website
    how do I make it operate properly so I can edit my site and access all my pages ?
    is it a PHP problem and why can’t I speak to anyone about this malfunction?

    Hi There!,

    This is generally caused by PHP code errors or memory limit exhaustion and also sometimes due to faulty themes or plugins.

    What you can try to do is since your unable to access your dashboard, you will have to access the File manager from your Cpanel/Hpanel from your hosting provider.

    directory /wp-content/plugins/

    Rename (Make a note of the original folder name) the plugin folder that did not work, save the changes and then try reloading the dashboard. once you login you can re-install the plugins.

    @hirethehandthatdraws    , can you confirm this happens on lobbeckewip.home.blog? When I access your account, everything works just as expected on my end.
    It sounds like it might be a browser issue. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache already? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:
