  I would like to set up my home page (static) to automatically transition to the next featured page (say every 3-5 seconds or something?). Is there a CSS code that can change that feature?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, that would require editing theme files that we cannot edit here at WordPress.com. It is not something that can be done with CSS.
