CSS only in preview

  Hello, I recently add a new theme to our wordpress blog, I just modified the css of it, but the changes are only visible on a preview mode, once I look for my blog at http://www.musicaclick.wordpress.com there is none of the modification I did, why is that? should I click on a hidden bottom on my control panel or what? this is really urgent, I appreciate if you take 5min to help me out, thanks so much for yout time.

  Do you have the CSS upgrade? If not, the behavior you report is the expected behavior.
