Hi,
Every time I report an infringement to Automattic, they never reply to my email. I send it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) as we are supposed to. I fill out the correct information to. People do NOT have the right to copy me. Well this guy has decided to copy me, and other people. He advertises on my site with over 20 comments a day, just making up lies and all this stuff. He is annoying me, I have blocked his IP. His comments still come through. Im tired of seeing the word CPMAC. It makes me want to throw up. This is my post.

Now CPMAC decided to copy my material. Im tired of people copying. It’s not right. Here is the copied material from my site, that he copied.

I want something to be done. WordPress staff never take action. Would they like it if I went and created a blogger just like them, and copied everything?
I dont think they would. Now I dont like people copying me either. Everytime I report a DMCA, it is just ignored. Please, someone, a Key Master, do something.

Yeah i totally agree with you. Cpmac is way on my nerves, ugh i hate him to no extent. He comments my blog about 4 times a day and all he does is advertise. I have warned him many times, he says he has all these betas when he actually has none. Hes a huge rip off and I hope many people win his “beta giveaway” contests and come to realise hes lying. I hope wordpress dose something about this kid.

Almost daily, I find my blog has been linked with an advertising site. The law regarding this issue is clear: I am owed a percentage of any advertising dollars spent on my intellectual propery. WORDPRESS, as host/administrator, is responsible for how my website is used and by whom.
