  If my content on WordPress were to used without my permission on another blog with your DMCA policy protect my content? Or would I need to put a DMCA warning on my blog to say that’s it’s protected to protect myself in such cases?

  If someone has used your content on another WordPress.com site, you can report that site uploading the DMCA notice:
