Contradictory information about Google Forms
-
Hi,
These pages
https://wordpress.com/support/google-docs/
https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/collecting-data-on-a-webpage/that I can embed Google Forms into a wordpress.com page whatever the subscribed plan. However, the documentation is stating that embedding an iframe is only possible with the Business plan and above.
As far as I know, embedding a Google Form implies using an iframe as shown here : https://wordpress.com/support/google-docs/ .
I’m puzzled. I intend to subscribe to the Premium plan.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Let me take a closer look at what you’re working on. Which page are you adding the Google Form on to? Is the form public?

Liz,
I eventually got an answer to my question. I was not aware that when inserting an Google Frame into a page as described here https://wordpress.com/support/google-docs/ , the iframe embed code was automatically converted to a wordpress specific script. So, the “no iframe” limitation of the Premium Plan appeared to be contradictory with these instructions.
Thanks.
