Content has gone

    It’s been a while since we’ve worked on our site, http://www.mumsawayuk.com.

    I can log into our WP account, but none of the site’s content is there. I know it was all saved, I’d accessed it many times while we were active on the site.

    In fact I can’t see any information at all, except for the site name up the top. When I click on settings there is a red error message saying “There was an error retrieving your site settings” and “make sure your jetpack is up to date.”

    I can’t even access the actual website. I’ve had various messages each time I try – “access forbidden”, “the site ahead contains malware” and one from “heart internet” saying they own this domain name and asking me to log in.

    Thank you very much! It could be something quite obvious – the technical side has always been a bit baffling TBH.
