Configurate e-mail

    Hello.
    First of all, sorry if my English is not very good.
    I have contracted the e-mail service from UOL Host, but I can’t configurate the DNS in my website on WordPress correctly. I asked the UOL Host support and they said that the MX entrance is not correct created, but I have already created this entrance like they asked me
    Entrance: mx
    Tipe: MX
    Priority: 10
    Value: mx.uhserver.com
    Could you help me to configurate correctly my DNS for I can use the e-mail on the UOL Host?

    Hi there!

    I’m happy to help you configure your DNS records. I just took a look and it seems like your MX record is already configured as you’ve specified. Can you send me all of the records you’re supposed to have configured for your email with UOL Host?

    pop aponte para CNAME pop.uhserver.com
    pop3 aponte para CNAME pop.uhserver.com
    mail aponte para CNAME service.uhserver.com
    webmail aponte para CNAME mail.uhserver.com
    correio aponte para CNAME service.uhserver.com
    pda aponte para CNAME mail.uhserver.com
    mobile aponte para CNAME mail.uhserver.com
    smtp aponte para CNAME smtp.uhserver.com
    But I have already created all these records… and also a TXT entrance…
    Is there some other thing that I have to do?

    All of that looks right. I’ve added another MX record that does not include the mx entrance. Can you test that out and ask UOL host to take another look at your records to see if they’re correct?
