Comment Section Will *NOT* Turn On At All

    I’m at my wit’s end. I can’t find a reason why commenting is turned off or how to turn it on. Every setting that would allow for commenting is turned on but still commenting is turned off on all pages and all posts. I’ve been searching the Internet for hours and I have not found a solution. I don’t know what to do. Please help.
