closing account

    So I want to close the account I made with wordpress a few days ago, but it says that I won’t be able to make a new account with the same email address for 30 days. Can I make a new account using another email then eventually change it to my preferred one?

    Hi –

    Sure thing. You will want to change the email address on the account to a throw away one which will free up your desired email address to be used on another account. Each account requires a unique email address.

    Can I ask why you want to close the account and open a new one though? Maybe there’s something we can help you sort out.
