  Of what site are you speaking? Free WordPress.com sites like http://ritu756782387.wordpress.com/ don’t have any ecommerce functionality, so there’s no checkout flow to customize.

  The answer to your question would depend on what ecommerce plugin and theme you’re using, so it will be best to contact support for those two things directly.
