Can't update to WP 5.4.2 or access website.

    Hi, I cannot access my site using /wp-admin BUT if I login to wordpress.com I can see the website but I cannot update to WP 5.4.2, access pages, etc. The website is not accessible by typing http://www.lmuhbt.com in the web address. I just started looking at this and the people in my tech support said this is hosted by WP. Any ideas?

    p.s. When I try to login using lmuhbt.com/wp-admin I receive the error: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” But I a cannot login to even see the email address, etc.

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
