Can't create links. Problem just started today

Add topic to favorites
I can’t create hyperlinks using the “chain” icon. It kicks me out of the post when I click the Update button in the insert/edit links dialog box.This just started today. I’ve never had a problem with this before. Also, the user interface is somewhat different today. Is WordPress.com having a problem today or is it something else?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Whenever having a dashboard problem, editor problem, etc:

first make sure you save anything if you have been working on a post.
Log out of wordpress.com and clear your browsers cookies & and cache.

that will usually take care of the problem.
