Can't access emails

    Hi. I have a g suite account attached to my wordpress.com account. I set up an email address with this for the purpose of conducting my business. Everything was fine until I recently tried to change my email password and now I’m locked out of my email account. I contacted Google but was told that since I purchased g suite through a third party being wordpress.com, I’d have to try to resolve the issue through wordpress.

    It’s quite a desperate situation as I have no access to my business emails at the moment. Please I need urgent help with this! Thank you

    @natureslabng no problem at all – are you having trouble with the email account or with WP itself?

    If it’s with the email, can you open a direct email with support here?
