  Can I have my navigation bar above the header?

  I’m not seeing a header image on http://godscandy.net/ at this time and see you have the title text turned off at Appearance > Header. If you have the title text turned off at Appearance > Header, the following will move the menu to above the header image once you upload and insert a header image on Twenty Eleven.

  margin-top: 43px;
  }

  If you plan on using the title text above the header image, let me know and I can make adjustments to the code to work with that.
