Blogs I follow widget – deleted blogs showing

Add topic to favorites
I attempted to create a couple of blogs before and have just started another one last night.

When I installed the “blogs I follow” widget it has Reinvention@60plus and Manage My Admin” on it. Neither of these blogs exist anymore and I cant seem to unfollow them.

Any suggestions??

Hi there, head over to your Reader>Manage at https://wordpress.com/following/manage and look for those sites in the list. If they appear there, you can click the green Following link to unfollow them.

Let us know how that goes or if they don’t appear in the list of followed sites.

I tried that but the two blogs are not shown.

Would WordPress be able to delete from their end do you think?

Hello again, have you tried changing the number of blogs to show in the widget to a different number to force a refresh? Give that a try.

If you already did that and it still doesn’t clear out the two deleted sites, https://managemyadminvirtualassistant.wordpress.com/ and
https://reinvention60plus.wordpress.com/ then please return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance. I’ll check back tomorrow my time.

The full URL’s are https://managemyadminvirtualassistant.wordpress.com/ and https://reinvention60plus.wordpress.com/

As Jennifer suggested I have tried adjusting via the Reader and also refreshed by changing number of blogs to view but this does not amended the list.

Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies? Afterwards sign out then back in to your account.

Hi Christine,

Thanks for trying Liz’s suggestion. I’ve made a couple of changes from our side and those blogs are no longer listed in the widget. Can you confirm you are no longer seeing them listed there?
