Blocks in my post keep grouping into 1 big block

Hi,
I have been writing a blog post for the past couple of days, creating separate blocks so that I can move around the paragraphs when editing., and adding html blocks in between.
This is the second time that it happens to me. I come back to the post and find that all of my blocks have grouped into 1 big block.Is this a setting that I can remove? Its a bit time consuming going back and cutting my paragraphs and pasting in new blocks again.

I’m not sure your site is hosted on WordPress.com because I see your site is behind Cloudflare.
Since you’re experiencing issues with the block editor, perhaps this might help you:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-editor/Chances are that paragraphs are grouped in one big block, a “Classic” block (similar to old, classic WordPress editor).
If that is so, in block options click on a button with three dots and then “Convert to blocks”. This will convert joined content back to the paragraph block (make sure that there are paragraphs inside the big block, not just line breaks)Please, if your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, for any future questions refer to WordPress.org support, as this forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only:
