Blank Screen?

    My site is https://3rinsimone.wordpress.com

    I can’t open wordpress.com or do anything on it, I had to have someone else get me the link to this help forum. The screen is blank every time I try to open the website, it has been this way for weeks.

    Hi 3rinsimone,

    When I visited your site it is working fine, when are you facing blank screen after login or in some particular page. The site is taking little time for loading.
    Clean your browser cache and cookies and hard reload(Cntrl+Shift+R) for windows and (Cmd+Shift+R) for Mac the page or open site in an incoginto window.

    I can open up my blog site as a reader. I can’t open up wordpress.com as a user to change any settings, write blog posts, view other sites.
