Billing history empty

    I have always found my invoices to download online, but now the billing history is empty and I can’t find any payments in 2018.

    Are you sure you are logged in to the correct account? I see on your site another account of yours beyondline



    Hi there,

    @staartmees is correct. The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades. The upgrades on your site all belong to the beyondline username, so you’ll need to log in as that username to see the billing history for those upgrades.
