    Hi there,

    I have a bill for $32.94 that was charged to the wrong card, Reference Number (redacted by staff).

    Can i get this refunded and then purchased on a new card?

    Hi there!

    We can’t undo a domain renewal, so we can’t refund, undo the domain renewal, and have you renew the domain again. Instead, I’ve created a payment link and sent it to you via email.

    This payment link is in USD (we can’t send a link for any other currency) and will collect $22, the domain registration fee. Please pay using the link I just emailed and reply here to let us know.

    After we receive the payment, I can issue a refund for the C$32.94 domain renewal fee.
