BACKGROUND DISAPPEARING

    Ive tried uploading different images, and changing colors. Still NO Help. In the ‘customise’ tab, it shows the correct background. But once I hit save, to check my page, its gone!! A white-boring background is there. And my font colors are gone…. Please help.. Very annoying…

    Hi there,

    Right now, you’re previewing the Custom Design features in your site’s customizer. That lets you try out custom colors, fonts, and CSS to preview what they’ll look like on your site.

    If you want to activate those features, you can upgrade your site to the Premium plan now. If you don’t want to upgrade, you can exit that preview. Either of those options are available in your site’s Customizer, at the top of each of the “Colors & Backgrounds,” “Fonts,” and “CSS” sections where it says:

    This feature is a part of the Premium Plan. Purchase to make it live or exit the preview.

    If you decide not to upgrade, you can set a custom background on your site after you exit the Custom Design preview.
