  I want to install the Apostrophe Theme

  When I go to Appearance → Themes, it’s not there and it does not appear in a search for it.

  Where is it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are on a self-hosted installation of WordPress and the Apostrophe theme is only available on WordPress.com blogs.
  You can download it from here and upload it to your site (manually):
  https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1/themes/download/apostrophe.zip
