  Closed topics often remain fruitful for years. However, they haven’t always been tagged appropriately, or advantageously. I propose that the ability to add tags to a forum topic be continued AFTER a topic is closed, up to the maximum number of tags allowed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
