  Is it possible to add a disclaimer to the bottom of each page on a free blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have my disclaimer on a static page. Another free way to do this is to use a text widget at the bottom of your sidebar. If that does not suit you then you will need CSS editing experience, and annually renewable CSS editing, upgrade and your will have to do the required editing. You can try before you buy here > Appearance > Themes
