Add side by side videos?

    Hello.
    I am Setting up a website for my church. The pastor has been creating daily devotions on Facebook, along with audio sermons, and I post them into a sermons page on our website. Please forgive me as I may not be using the correct terminology. Currently each audio and video is posted in a single row. I have been trying to figure out how to post them in two or three columns, so as to avoid extra scrolling for viewers. I have tried the two columns option for blocks. The current theme is “Prosperity.”
    I created a private “sample” page to practice on so I won’t lose anything currently posted to the sermons page. Chose the grid page choice for page options, still nothing. Any help and questions for me to clarify my post would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Do you mean you’ve been trying inside of columns blocks: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/columns-block/ ?

    If so, what is the name of the private test page you’re doing this on?

    Thank you, macmanx. I replaced the original sermons page into with the test page. This is the link; https://hopesaintignace.org/sermonsanddevotions/ I was able to create three column blocks to post images from devotions, then link to the corresponding Facebook videos. I had no problem doing this with audio sermons from SoundCloud. But when I would add the videos directly to the sight they would show up as single column. How do I make videos viewable the same as the images? Or is this not possible? Thanks

    Hi there,

    In the Block Editor, you should be able to add a Column Block and then a Video Block to each of the columns.

    Set the three columns and placed video blocks in each column. Pasted links into the blocks, hit “update.” When I viewed the page the videos overlapped each other. Tried two columns, hit “update.” On viewing page the videos showed as full size in one column. Going back to “edit” the column block was missing. Only one link showed in text.

    Could you take a screen shot of both the two and three column versions of what you’re experiencing? Then we can compare that to our own testing. Add it to the site’s media library where we can find them.
