Add DIV toggle to home page

    Please see 198.199.68.206 for the blog

    Basically below the header there is a search, search by “Category” and search by “Location”, each of which is its own “div”

    What I want to do is have a toggle at the top so only one appears. So users can see the “search by interest” and “search by location” and can toggle between the two.
