    It looks like you’re asking about purchasing a WordPress plan and that’s great news. :)

    The WordPress cms (content management system)/dashboard is provided with all plans – Free to Personal to Premium to Business.

    There are different advantages to selecting a higher paid plan and everything is outlined at this page – https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    I did a quick currency exchange (as rs is not my currency) and it looks like you’re looking at the Personal option. This does include a custom domain name.
