Bonus: Did you eat it by choice? Did others eat it with you? Under what circumstances would you do it again?

  1. That would be my nutritious lunch of Ho-Ho’s and Doritos in the school cafeteria in junior high. My first expression of rebellion. My teenage friends and I revelled in the fact that we could eat pure junk and get away with it when we weren’t under the parents’ watchful eyes, having grown up with sugarless cereal and excessive vegetables.

  2. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It has to be my all time favorite meal. I have it rarely. It is high in calories and is swimming in butter. Heaven I tell you.

Have a terrific day and weekend. 🙂

  3. my weakness is breakfast from McDonalds. I hate all their other food, but – man, oh, man – I love their unhealthy breakfasts! And because I do it so rarely, I tend to go overboard and have two different fat-laden, ultra-yummy sandwichs at the same time. Gottta stop. I can practically hear my arteries clogging as I goobble them up!

  4. Hands down the most unhealthy meal I have eaten was intended to be a treat. At one of the few times I had extra money, I bought junk for my daughter and me (way before I became vegetarian). We had fried chicken, fries, accompanied by chips, soda and a box of carmel-coated popcorn, pretzels, peanuts. We ate until our stomachs almost burst. The next day I was horrified to see a nasty rash spreading up to my daughter’s little face from her chest and neck. Ooops. Didn’t know she’d have an allergic reaction. Bad mommy.

  5. Good old New Zealand battered fish and chips – tantalising aroma, deliciously crunchy batter, followed later by the overwhelming need to purge! And I still succumb on the odd occasion when heart beats head.

  6. Junk food dinner when my kids were little: potato chips, popcorn, luncheon meat sandwiches, soda (pepsi for me), cookies. Called it an indoor picnic.

  7. The most unhealthiest meal I remember that still haunts me is half a pig’s head wallowing in an oven tray half filled with OIL (yuuuck!!), a plate of bacon which had also wallowed in oil while cooking and eggs. Now, the hosts serving this were family I’d not long made contact with for the first time and this dish was/is considered a delicacy, a treat back where we come from – Samoa, a ‘welcome feast’ for me. I appreciate the sentiment, so disrespecting anyone is NOT my intention. It’s all about the food, here.

I ate and complimented and smiled.. but my stomach exposed my little fib. I couldn’t keep it down. YUUUCK!!!

    Eu detestei.
    Abraços Mina!

  10. Good for you guys up there. If you have ever been to Africa and you are furtunate to experience what some people go through you wont mention one item up there as the unhealthiest meal you have ever eaten. However, I must say my experince might puzzle you a little – especially if you havent been to Africa. Simply put what we call “towon dawa” and fried”busheshen kifi”. You see what I mean?

  11. It happened about 2 plus years ago. My wife bought me a cooked minced beef near from an Indian restaurant. Not so near, may be around 5 minutes from our house. After a day after that, my stomach was very-very sick that I could not walk properly and just stay home. At that time was in december and luckily it was holiday. If not I would be in a big trouble. For the whole month, I feel the stomach ache but never ‘throw out’. A few days before holidays end, I see a chinese doctor. The doctor give me a small white pills that he think will cure my stomach ache. Aftertaking that pill, that day, I feel relief and no more stomachache. I promised not to eat any foods from that Indianrestaurant again ever.
