Bio
Over the past 52 years, David W. Chin has been an elementary teacher, a campus security guard, a motel clerk, a free-lance programmer, a breakfast chef, an innkeeper, and a Culinary Arts instructor. He has also volunteered with the Red Cross, was a baker with the USO in Saudi Arabia during the First Gulf War, has served with a volunteer fire company in Pennsylvania, and has donated his time to a food bank in Arizona. During his copious free time, he tends to a 5,000 gallon fresh water pond in his backyard, writes e-books, lavishes attention upon his four cats, and produces soap and candles that look and smell like real food. He lives in rural Arizona in an old log cabin that was built in 1910.
