Dear,
I’m trying to start a blog. I’m new to this. Please help me. I registered the domain wisestepup.blog and just posted one post. I’m trying to see what it looks like, but when I type the domain, my page is gone. What should I do?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there!
I’m trying to start a blog. I’m new to this.
It’s great that you’re looking to start out! These things are not easy for anyone at first.
I registered the domain wisestepup.blog and just posted one post. I’m trying to see what it looks like, but when I type the domain, my page is gone.
Your site is currently loading just fine for me when I visit either of these addresses:
I can also visit your most recent post from the home page or directly through this link: https://mladenakosanovic.wordpress.com/2024/05/14/5-reasons-why-people-lose-feelings-for-each-other-in-a-relationship/
Let me know what you’re seeing there!
I also would highly recommend checking out our course for getting started with WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/learn/courses/getting-started/

Dear,
Thank you so much. However, now I am confused which address should I share? It’s not the same on all addresses, on one the text is repeated completely stupidly… This last one looks the best, but I just posted a new post and of course it’s not there because the link is related to the previous post. Can you help me?
Thank you in advance!
Mladena

Hi Mladena,
Your primary domain is https://mladenakosanovic.wordpress.com/ so this is your default and all posts and pages use it. Your custom domain http://wisestepup.blog/ is connected with the site so it will redirect to the default domain.
To use the custom domain as primary you will want to upgrade your site to a higher plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/. The Starter plan would be great for a blog, it would also allow you to get rid of ads and get access to our email support.
If you have any more questions let me know!

Dear Daria,
Thank you so much!
I am totally confused. I post one post and it shows x times on the public page… when I delete one copy it all disappears, then I post it again, and so on in a circle…
Have a nice day!

Your site has not yet been launched so I can’t see what you mean by “I post one post and it shows x times”. Make sure you are creating different individual posts and not just amending the template.

Hi! When I load your mladenakosanovic.wordpress.com site, I’m seeing each of your posts on the homepage, but they’re not repeating in the way you describe.
Can you try clearing your browser’s cache, then reloading your WordPress.com site? Our instructions for clearing most common browser caches can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#browser-cache

It looks like this is working now, but I just wanted to check in and make sure it’s working as expected for you. If you have any other questions, please let us know! Thank you!

Thank you! When I go to the Home page, there are only titles and there are no pictures below them. In the working version, the images are below the title. When I click on the Reader icon in the upper left corner, I get a template of someone else’s blog.

The Reader allows you to follow and read other people’s blogs, so it’s normal that you see other people’s content.
When I go to the Home page, there are only titles and there are no pictures below them.
You can customize your homepage by editing the Blog Home template in the Site Editor (Appearance —> Editor).
Currently, the Query Loop block that shows your posts doesn’t have a Featured Image block. You can add a Featured Image block to show each post’s featured image on the homepage.
You can learn more about the Query Loop block here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/query-loop-block/
